Data standards

Public credibility depends on private restraint.

JupiterSpec publishes enough to be useful and keeps enough private to protect the systems, relationships, and analysis behind the work.

Protect

Private systems stay private.

No raw exports, credentialed screenshots, private formulas, source mixes, or account-level performance details belong on public pages.

Clarify

Synthetic examples are labeled.

Sample dashboards and notes should be presented as illustrative unless they are explicitly approved for public release.

Focus

JupiterSpec stands on its own.

Public pages stay focused on JupiterSpec projects and analytics. Separate workstreams do not need to be connected here.

Publication checklist

Before anything is posted.

  1. Confirm the page does not reveal data sources, credentials, private customers, or internal workflows.
  2. Use synthetic or sanitized visuals when showing dashboards.
  3. Explain uncertainty instead of overstating precision.
  4. Keep public contact routed through a general mailbox.
  5. Review copy for unintended links to private operations or unrelated workstreams.
